Warranty & Product Guarantee


1. Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Cheeri™ are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 14 days after receipt of the order.
This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
• Delays in delivery caused by customs or shipping companies
• Damage caused by improper storage or use contrary to product instructions
3. Claims Process
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

• Order number
• Photos or videos showing the defect
• Proof of purchase
4. Return & Replacement
If a warranty claim is approved:
• We will replace the defective item with a new one of the same model (subject to availability)
• If replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit
• Refunds in cash are not providedAll returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our International Returns Center (address provided after claim approval).
5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
As our products are custom-produced and shipped from our international warehouse, delivery can take up to 8 weeks.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, pandemics, or other events outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cheeri™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
