3. Offer and Contract Formation
• All products displayed on our website are non-binding offers.
• By placing an order, you submit a binding request to purchase the selected goods.
• The purchase contract is concluded only after we send an official order confirmation via email.
4. Nature of Products
• Cheeri™ offers exclusive, high-end luxury goods including handcrafted leather trunks, suitcases, and attaché cases.
• Due to the artisanal production process, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are considered normal characteristics and not defects.
5. Prices & Taxes
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and do not include any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the customer’s country.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by customs or local authorities in their delivery country.
6. Payment TermsWe currently accept:
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank Transfer (Prepayment)Important: Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received.
7. Shipping & Delivery
• We ship worldwide.
• All orders require up to 8 weeks for production, quality inspection, packaging, and international delivery.

2. Insured Premium Shipping – covers theft, loss, or damage
3. Priority Processing + Insured Shipping – faster handling plus full insuranceNotes:
• Delivery times exclude customs clearance.
• Peak seasons may cause additional delays.
• If customs authorities hold a shipment, the customer is responsible for any clearance processes and costs.
8. Title RetentionGoods remain the property of Cheeri™ until full payment is received.
9. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products (luxury goods, often made-to-order), returns are generally not accepted.
• Exceptions are made only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, reported to support@cheeri.de within 48 hours of delivery.
• All claims must include clear photographic evidence.
10. Warranty & Liability
• Cheeri™ guarantees that products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• All contracts are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Policy – Cheeri™ International Luxury ShippingAt Cheeri™, we deliver our luxury leather trunks, briefcases, and cases to customers worldwide with the utmost care and attention. Many of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities and made to order, ensuring the highest level of quality and exclusivity.
1.Processing & Production Time
Because our products are not always in stock, delivery may take up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
This includes:

• Production time for handcrafted or made-to-order items
• Quality inspection to meet Cheeri™ standards
• Secure packaging for international transportWe will inform you if your product is in stock and ships sooner than expected.
2.Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Once your order leaves our international logistics center, estimated transit times are:
• Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland): 7–10 business days*
• Middle East: 7–10 business days*
• North America: 8–12 business days*
• Asia & Oceania: 10–14 business days*
• Rest of the world: 10–14 business days**Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays. High-demand seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day) may extend delivery times.
